proclaimed that he was coming out of retirement, wayne just started calling himself just "the best rapper alive". when he did an interview with complex magazine he started to bash jay, saying that he was better than him. but sometime after that, wayne was in another interview with xxl and he tried to take back what he said in complex. wayne said that because he was probably afraid of jay-z. personally, i don't think jay is the best rapper alive and he maybe an ass from time to time, but can you honestly compare the two on any level?
