top 10 gross/disgusting movies of all time?? Patty_and_Tony: Friday the 13th and Freddy vs Jason are two of the disgusting movies I can think of that we have seen.  spiritwolf: the hostels and saw films, just about seeing people being tortured,not proper horror films in my eyes  Lorna: you guys should check out the human centipede. the summary it self nearly made me puke, and i don't get grossed out easily (yes, the acting is an abomination but still...)  johnnybgoode83: i would have to say the hostels or quite possibly baise-toi with its explicit rape scenes

The Hills Have Eyes 1 & 2, not totally unbearable to watch, but disturbing in some of it's context. Cannibal Holocaust (1970's) I could only watch about half hour of that movie before feeling to disgusted with myself to continue watching, it's very very graphic and disturbing, just really uncomfortable to watch.  xxzero: guinea pig..a japanese series of movies..extremely shocking and graphically realistic..in the same style of cannibal holocaust.. Bloody and violent, I still like it for some reason unbeknownst to me.
