Six Pac Abs Challenges
simpleabs: What are some of the challenges you face in driving to get a six pac or in trying to maintain one? I may use the feedback to improve the simpleabs site. Cheers and your input is much appreciated.
JaNgLz.iNkOgNiTo: lower abs were harder for me to reach...u could see definition but not the way i wanted it... i started using certain excersises to develop them.. ask n ill link u the site..
BlakeLynn: Honestly, 90% of a great 6 pack is diet. Especially if you are a female, doing a lot of ab exercises can thicken your waist line. It just depends what kind of look you want.
Precious_Soul: i have joined some gym classes..i work on my abs 30 min everyday..after finishing other work outs i do sit ups and other abs workout..it doesn't helps me i want it faster...
JaNgLz.iNkOgNiTo: buy a medicine ball n an incline... def with those 2 things u will see results faster
mockman3: i use a decline bench and 25lb weight then run thru my routine. ur abs will hurt so bad in the morning ull kno it was worth it

go straights for a week then sides then do standings then do bellyys

One Of Those Moments: Situps are actually not that effective, do crunches, do slow reps, leg raises from the horizontal etc, torso twists
NameMe100: diet and burning fat (strenght and cardio training) everyone has a 8 pack its just that its often times covered with fat
Pretty Bad Kid: HIIT cardio for 15-20 mins in the morning after a glass of protein powder.... every single day! that should do the trick
