chronology
chronology: Hawaiian 'Kona Coffee' is said to be delicious. Hawaii is the only place in the U.S. where coffee is grown, Puerto Rico is not a State yet so 'American' is not a label you can give it. I've drank the Puerto Rico coffee and it is a fine coffee, but Hawaiian Kona is said to be a connoisseur coffee. Hawaiian Hazelnut coffee also tastes superb drinkers say. Personally I like to grind my own coffee beans, that way you get the full flavour.
