TEA or COFFE? (Page 26) Corwin: Yup. I would have used the correct spelling, but it seemed to be already in use when I created my account. It's on my posted photography work though. tbulb: ah Starbucks....over priced and under flavoured..... though I do like their London Fog tea... but the absolute worst coffee drink I've had in recent history was a sorry excuse for a latte from Tim Hortons....undrinkable... horrid.... all I can say is insert your favourite swear words here_____________ then say Tim Horton's latte... Mystery88: i find it harder and harder to get a decent coffee any where when i go out and well i refuse to drink tea when im not home uglybetty1: lol !!!!! I had a good laugh in that one. I have never heard if Horton's. It they are still in biz...there might be people who love their stuff. Mystery88: i have heard of hortons and have had some of their coffee i might as well pissed in the cup for the taste of the dam stuff Corwin: Tim Hortons doesn't serve coffee.... they serve warm brown water, typically drenched with too much cream and sugar. I think instead of coffee grounds they grind up brown Crayola crayons. tbulb: I think they swing the coffee grounds over the hot water the way a priest swings incense at the congregation...... and a few grounds fall in...thus turning the water brown.... this is supposed to be a miracle...HAH! Corwin: Tim Hortons is ridiculously popular here in Canada. It's the coffee for people who don't really like coffee, but have an addiction to sugar and cream. There's on on every street corner in Canadian cities. If you're in a Canadian city, and you blind-folded yourself and walked in any random direction for ten minutes... and then took off the blind-fold... chances are you would be standing in a Tim Hortons. Mystery88: bit off topic but it was said lol but urgh i hate the small of incense it drives me nuts and this is coming from some one that was an alter server as a child Corwin: I think my favorite drive-through coffee may be McDonalds... it has a wonderful roasted flavour, and a nice kick... but not so strong as Starbucks. And they should serve those Egg McMuffins all day long... it's the best thing on their menu. jennebraska: Coffee, one large cup a day is very good for you, use to be considered medicine in ancient Arabic cultures. Tea is always good, esp. if it mixed with good dried herbs and minced ginger. But everything in moderation.
Mtgamer: Coffee gets my vote, but I have to say I've been drinking quite a bit more tea, since I've discovered a not-to-distant gourmet tea shop. Actually, tea may have even surpassed coffee if not for my Kuerig. mmmmm.... coffee variety tbulb: gad, some mornings for me it's a real struggle: coffee or tea? coffee or tea? I get paralyzed by the choice... tbulb: I have mixed them--but not on purpose and the result? blllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeechhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! Mystery88: ha my best friend was making his brother coffee on day and well found out it was not coffee he had made it was gravy so im always careful when i am in his house and getting coffee that its not gravy lol | Food Chat Room Similar Conversations |
