Gourmet Pizzas

Av8or: I manage a little pizza place and want to get a new pizza on the menu..something of a gourmet nature..any ideas?

Clint from Canada: I love chicken, sweet pepper, and pineapple pizza with white sauce and feta cheese! (boston pizza chain restaurant makes it)

A great idea for gourmet pizzas is offering topping like chunky chicken breast, fresh broccoli, red peppers, tuna, corn(corn is really yummy on pizza) also feta, fresh garlic and spinach pizza is very nice!!

elizab3th: My favorites are pizza that are like clubhouse sandwiches (haha).. with the chicken, bacon, tomatoes and a white sauce.

Boston Pizza has one which I love though - they call it a perogy pizza. Instead of a tomato sauce it's sour cream.

And another fav of mine is a pizza called "bacon cheeseburger". Lots of places offer that one. It's bacon, beef, carmelized onion and cheddar cheese. Oh yummy!!
