Zhya: Topic: Wishing Author: Roo A moments time, swept against the colours of a dusk sky only dreaming that the Earths time passes sooner than the monotony as of now. I'll stand on top of crooked ledge Leering out upon the unknown and I'll cast my thoughts into the unforgiven seas Simply put, no emotion shown. But last does not the tear trace down this solemn face. nor does my heart cry from within a wish is just a fragment of time, stolen from the core of the universe. Zhya: Topic: Travel Author: crazysteve This loose detached, and tortured thread Once upon a time filled me with dread This swirling thoughts carry my mind To some place that I hope shall be kind And as I embark and leave this sodden dirt This tortured life I shall soon dessert For there is something that is beyond these seas Something, someone that holds their breath for me And I care not let my heart wait For my emotions are not sedate But yet I'm frightened, not yet delighted but there is something still yet undecided Do I find that which I want and love or will I find only clouds above? Zhya: Topic: Hourglass Author: Loup Garoux The time has almost arrived For something so beautifully contrived It holds us both in its grasp With suppressed ecstasy and muted gasps This hourglass which symbolizes such a delicate time When all its mysteries shall be, yours and mine Revealed in a most glorious splendor, When emotions and intimacies collide, in a moment so tender I shall find solace in such a moment Perhaps even daring to call it, "Heaven sent." Zhya: Topic: Butler Author: MerсuryDragon To mull upon the loss of a day's energy spent In servitude, your time and actions spent Ominous eyes, cloaked in shadow's caress Blackened intent, poisoning food as you dress A grim smile washes across a face of sand A vengeful mind and a plotting hand To snuff the tyrant as he dines on heaven Relinquished luck, now earned money seven Stolen life, stolen property, everything Of the treacherous Butler, I sing. Zhya: Topic: Mist Author: Roo I'll stand beside him through his travels, To the comforts that lay at home. To the desert sands that wash away any sigh of his existent. He'll mark his place on grassy knoll, and stone studded pier. And when his heart breaks and his mind snaps, I'll lend my unwavering support. Zhya: Topic: Candles Author: crazysteve As the light doth flicker and dance I look away as in a trance There are no shadows sleeping here For I feel her presence is near And as the candle's tallow leaks I hear her soft, supple words gently speak Yet she seems to say nothing but a sigh As I feel a single warm tear fall from each of my eyes She is the woman of my dreams And in the river's floating streams Her light doth flamboyantly flicker And the stream takes away all that triggers my mind to constantly break, strain and bend but with her, I may begin to mend. And the redness in my eyes All of my tortured cries She shall have heard But still, she cherishes my word And I don't know why she cherishes me Or what she actually sees But in this candle light I feel reborn And to her, my heart is forever sworn. Zhya: Topic: interwoven Author: Loup Garoux The patterns and colors collide As the dawn meets the twilight A superfluous yet softly muted respite For those of the sun and night. In a canopy of brilliance and warmth The horizon glows, shimmers and fades The song of the new day brings forth a sweetness Which transports all, the dance a cascade of swirling tides and poignant emotion And makes all in bliss at such a notion. I lift my weary, astute eyes to its glow Awaiting an epiphany which surely would show That which captures me in such a trance And greet the dawn with one last dance. Loup_: Topic: Scarlet Author: crazysteve All delights escape from the prison of night To this lush and vibrant beaming field of flowers All of her wishes are filled with hope such bright And in this field I will hold her for hours. There is a fault however, living within my heart, For when I think of her, I solemnly do ache Each and every moment that her and I are apart I hope that one day I shall sleep and wake With her at my side, and her breath at my neck, Such a thing would certainly makes my cheeks flush. However, such a thing I cannot feel yet, So instead, using this poetry, I shall gush. And think of the wonders that I shall see, Outside of this prison cell full of nothing but dust I will finally be somewhere closer to being free, And my past shall despair, driven away by winds past. The thought of her so close to my soul, And there is nothing more for which I wish, For she is such a lovely delicate thing to behold For just this one crimson night, she is my saucer and I am her dish. Loup_: Topic: Smile Author: Wolfie As the darkness descended up on the desolate land The mist filled the gloom with a virile strain And as the man on the ground lay in struggling breath His sallow skin beginning to pale in his slow death The one who had given him this looking down on his form And in her hand she held the poison bottle trembling Within her heart she held sweet bliss For this one had ruined her Made her nothing but demise Taking from her all she had left This was her last kiss goodbye And as she crouched over him A sigh and a smile as she spoke You are mine, my only, my lover and victim I love you Loup_: Topic: Transpired Author: Gypsy Soul A shift in light, a sideways glance Turning a foot, assume a new stance That which you loved and knew so well Is tumbled, turned by the growing swell Metamorphosis concluded Your sight occluded What caused the sudden switch? A whispered word, the heart to bewitch? Regardless the event transpired, That which you love is what you desired. |
