light57: the most common ability is kinesis.manipulation of objects using your mind.there are many types of kinesis.the ones we`ll be learning are as followed:

telekinesis
umbrakinesis.

light57: yeah.but these abilities can be learned by anyperson

altho pyrokinesis would be fascinating

light57: i think biokinesis is a little dangerous.try an easier 1 first and work your way up.try chrono.if u can learn chrono bio will be easier

nyzzy: ok, how shuold i start with that? wat are the first steps

light57: well 1st you need to get to a clock or something that tics every second

light57: fire is pretty simple.u need to get a candle and a match/lighter

light57: take 2 steps away from the candle close ur eyes,clear your mind and imagine the flame moving to the left,then the right then getting taller

light57: you can open them now but still imagining the flame moving side to side and getting taller

PeaceAndFrenchLovin: how do i know its me...flames are constantly moving

light57: because it`ll stay there until you choose another direction
