The giant midget: This can be made the evening before for breakfast or snack attack and done in 30 mins No Pastry Quiche 5 eggs 2 slices of lean ham 1 onion, diced 1/2 cup of low fat grated cheese 1 1/2 cups of low fat milk 1/2 cup self raising flower following optional but this is what I use 1/4 cup peas 1/4 cup frozen corn 3-5 sliced mushrooms Mix all ingridents together in a large bowl. Either pour into a lightly oiled quiche pan or into muffin tins Preheat oven to 375 Bake in oven at 350F) for 30mins if your oven Isn't fan forced, check in 15mins and then 20mins etc- burnt quiche is foul). The self raising flour magically settles to the bottom and makes it solid enough to hold well... but no pastry. Simple, delicious and nutritious. Serves 6-8 (Edited by The giant midget) LoisS: I will not tell you how non nutritious this recipe is ..... I find when you cook with no love, it tastes like shit. |
