Uriel00: You'd be surprised just make sure to keep mixing to make sure it doesn't burn or stick. medium temperature is ideal cause you don't have to rush to act Loup_: True, even on recipes that ask for "high heat" I tend not to put them on high because it would just end up getting scorched. And scorched stuff never tastes good. Uriel00: you can heighten the temperature for some receipes, but you got to keep a very close eye on it |
