I know i haven't been on here to much but a lot was because of my pc not working right. I am trying to fight this shit but it is bad. My little brother was diagnose about 6 months before me with about the same thing. He passed on May !st and we buried him on May 8th. He wanted to see his son graduate high school but that happened on May 12th. He had 3 kids that will miss him deeply. And his wife. My stomach looks like a big melon with the tumor in my stomach. Also have pollips (sp) in my small intestine, liasions (sp) on my liver plus nodguals (sp) on my inside chest wall. Pain has been increasing but I am still fighting and will continue. Sorry to hear about fishaman. R.I.P. I guess the Lord just takes the best. But at least it is done. Wearing the pump for the second type. Did get to read the report on my ct scan. They call it Metastatic Gastric Cancer. It did show lungs were clear and spleen looked normal. No adenopathy or abcess seen. So far so good. View all 10 posts  tenderralph in reply to Nicorrette: Yes especially at night when laying down. Some times I have to get up and sleep in a chair. Then the chemo pump I wear for two days is very uncomfortable but it doesn't hurt. The diarrhea and vomiting are a major nuisance but tolerable. tenderralph: Mowed today took 4 hours when it normally takes 2 1/2. So wet under neath had to go over it twice. Got stuck 2 times in the ditch and tipped over once. Was able to shut it off just before I went over. lol Weed eating is all that is left. Very tired now. tenderralph: Received chemo this afternoon. Doing OK so far. Had a pork chop and some rice for supper and watching for storm. Broken Bow a town northwest of here about 85 miles received 3 inch hail with 70 mph winds that reduced 7 foot tall corn to 1 foot stubble. Real sad for farmers. tenderralph: I ate a pretty good supper tonight so I rewarded myself with a Klondike Bar. What would you do for a Klondike Bar? lol |
