MercuryDragon: Here I feel proud if I do 200 lol. I don't enjoy ab exercises because the lower spinal movement often irritates the area around my bent tailbone.
Songbird_nz: Ok let's see if I can remember them all... Lol... There was Crunches, toe touch crunches, leg lowers, hip lifts, foot taps, snap tucks, tap outs, mountain climbers, standing obliques and full sit ups whilst on a wedge. We would have to go for 30 seconds on each individual exercise and count how many we did. Then it was some sort of best of 3! So we did 30 seconds on each exercise 3 times! Worked out roughly too about 15 minutes worth of abs
OUCH!!!!
Also, did I tell you that last night I did a grand total of 1,046 abs exercises?
