Songbird_nz: OMG! My best friend is moving to Melbourne... TONIGHT! I literally have no idea what to do now, she's that one person who (even though we live in different cities) has never once left my side even through all the hard times. She was the first person I told I'd been diagnosed with depression, the first person I confided in about self-harming. My soul sister, and the (non-romantic, non-sexual) love of my life!
I'm extremely happy and proud of her that she decided to take a risk and have a new start with her new boyfriend in a new city (in a new country) she will do amazing and I can't wait to hear of all the amazing things she's going to accomplish when she's over there.
However, I'm utterly devastated that both of us were so poor we couldn't have a catch up session before she went... (I live in Wellington and she lives in Auckland) Neither of us could afford plane fares to see each other. This is what hurts me the most. I'm so sorry!
Good luck Susan, I love you! I'll think of you always!
ChaCha8: Aww hunny, it's hard when a friend moves away for sure. On the bright side, we do live in the age of technology and you can still chat every day
Songbird_nz: Lol, no Carlos I'll be moving to Indianapolis one day! Yea... I will have to FaceTime with her again once she's all settled in and stuff, she'll probably spending some time with her boyfriend and his family for a little bit first.
