I wish I could say more, but I dont like to talk about people who are no longer here so I'm stuck talking about myself again. rocketsauce81: did a 17 hour cater and clean up, nearly cut off my thumb, did it all on zero sleep, but did hear some awesome intense spoken word. Lets hope for some sleep rocketsauce81: no seriously... listen to this guy. i mean they are called vulva the walrus. listen... or ill find you rocketsauce81: just kind of a lateral song... like whomever you view as a higher power, be it God or something else, just kind of something to let you know you arent alone in this world. rocketsauce81: Is there any way to learn from what you've been told, do you really have to hold the experience? 'Cause you could heed me now and come out clean. Trust me I could spare you the consequence. But I can tell by your eyes, there ain't no getting through. 'Cause you're helping and doing exactly what you gotta do. So welcome to a long line of sinners and saints. Is there anyone out there who waits? rocketsauce81: It's funny how things happen sometimes. I haven't had the best week, or month for that matter, and for the past several days I've had this just desire to speak to my grandmother who passed away nearly 11 years ago. She was my go to, her or my father, but when i needed the woman, the kind voice, the understanding that for some unknown reason is much easier for a woman to show she was the one that was there for me. I have just felt that without doubt that she would have the answer to all of the turmoil going on in my mind and out of the blue my father emailed me a picture of her today. I never asked him to nor did I ever bring up my recent desire for her presence to calm my mind, but he sent it and while it doesn't make up for the real thing, it was just my reminder that she is still with me, and while I can't ask her questions or just talk to her, I know that she is watching me and is pulling for the man she knew, whom I had lost to get through the things that hinder me today. We grew up calling her nonnie which is greek for shining light, and 11 years later she still holds true to it. rocketsauce81: 100 limes, 25 oranges, half a bottle of agave nectar, half a jar of orange blossom honey, one cup of raw sugar, one gallon of tequila... yes I just spent 3 hours making 3 gallons of margaritas for 3 lucky people. Worst hand cramps ever, yes the fruit was hand squeezed. stay thirsty. rocketsauce81: Who takes his sleeping meds and still stays up all night? If you guessed this guy, you are correct. hilarious kberry: Actually, it's very easy to stay awake on sleeping meds. You're supposed to shut down all electronic devices and lay in bed with your eyes closed so your body can produce the chemicals needed for sleep so that the meds can assist. You have to put in some effort there as well. rocketsauce81: woah lady, I did do that, its not as if i was trying to stay awake, its just how things turned out rocketsauce81: Sometimes, I sit in the corner of my room with the lights off. I don't close my eyes because it's already dark. View all 5 posts rocketsauce81: i always drink gingerale.. its the best soda of all time. I think its just stress/lack of sleep. I shall see what the doctor says rocketsauce81: “They say when you meet the love of your life, time stops, and that’s true. What they don’t tell you is that when it starts again, it moves extra fast to catch up.” rocketsauce81: Just watched a movie erasing hate. its on netflix for those who dont know what it is. but pretty mind blowing, watching a dude go from such a hate filled individual to such a caring husband and father is pretty inspiring. rocketsauce81: And then Rebound: the Earl Manigault story and now The Express: the Ernie Davis Story. I go from the inspirational skinhead story to sad/touching/inspirational sports movies until i pass out. rocketsauce81: 2 hours ago i took 3 times the suggested amount of zzzquil.. and im still awake.
