GeraldtheGnome: 64,589 square kilometres in area, 2,003,000 last year's population, this year's population I have no information on. The place looks lovely, I flew over it on the way on the way to London. I wasn't the pilot, just a passenger. PS Just because you put a suit on does not mean that you'll get upgraded to first class, otherwise I would have on that flight.
GeraldtheGnome: Sorry for the tinny music. The music was a bit 'LAOSy' sorry. The capital is Vientiane, 2386,800 square kilometres in area, the country is, not the area of the capital. Last year the population was 6,695,166, I have no information on its current population.
GeraldtheGnome: The Grand Duchy of the Lagoan Isles is .043 square kilometres in area, Grand Duke Louis Harold Stephens and Prime Minister Johannes Siegel are the leaders of the country. The Capital is Beeny Saint Georges, the area covers Baffins Pond and the three small islands in it. It is located in Portsmouth in England (The UK) , it is made up of 30 citizens from The UK, Hong Kong (China) and the USA. I have no information on which island contains 'the capital'. lagaon-isles.moonfruit.com I have no information on if any of the 'people' of the Lagoan Isles actually live there, I think they don't and I think that instead that some live nearby, others live in areas of the UK (of which I have no information about) , that the remainder live in the UK and in Hong Kong.
GeraldtheGnome: This country has a sea frontage, it is a Micronation next to the country named Sweden, you meet have heard something ABBAout that country. Ladonia is the name of the country and Wotan City is it's capital, it is 1 square kilometre. The creator of it is Doctor Lars Vilks, he built two structures on a nature reserve in north west Skane in Sweden, the authorities told him to tear it down because it was illegal on a nature reserve. He fought against it and turned the area into a country. Now he is the State Secretary, Queen Carolyn (that is all I know about her) is the Queen and ruling Monarch for life. It is a constitutional Monarchy, the President is Crhistopher Matheoss. They all live in an unknown to me part of Sweden, due to no information on it. The area is 1 square Kilometre, the membership on last count was 15,567 citizens of more than 50 countries. Lars Vilks (who is not a Muslim) made a series of drawings 7 years ago depicting Muhammad as a Roundabout Dog. The drawings were made for a local art exhibition at Tallerud, near Karlstad in Sweden, they were removed from the exhibition by the organizers, due to security concerns and due to fear of violence from Muslims, shortly before its opening.
Eventually newspapers across the country showed the drawings, this then caught the eye of Governments in Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Egypt and Japan, even of that of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, they all asked for action to be taken against him. After that Vilks did and still does live under police protection after having received several death threats, including a statement by the al-Qaeda affiliated Islamic State of Iraq which has offered up to US $ 150,000 for his assassination. There were plots as well as violent attacks that failed against him.
He may or may not have gone overboard, I can't tell, but even those that did and if he did to then I do know that there are those that are against him that are way too touchy and way to over the top about it all. All of the 'citizens of Ladonia' that live in Sweden and in the other countries are also citizens of the countries that they live in, where they live is not a part of the country of Ladonia. No one actually lives in Ladonia.
GeraldtheGnome: Labuan is a duty free Tax Haven, it is an overseas territory of Malaysia. The capital is Victoria, 91.64 square Kilometres, it is headed up by the CEO of the Perbadanan Labuan Corporation, yes that's right, the boss of a company is the effective Governor of the island. It is directly north of the country of Labuan, it has 6 smaller islands as well. Labuan island is 87.52 square kilometres in area. The population is over 86,908. I have no information on what the current population is.
GeraldtheGnome: L'Anse-Saint-Saint-Jean is a country/Micronation located inside Quebec in the country of Canada. It annoying is a French speaking place, like that of Quebec (which most of the locals willingly wanted segregation in a semi-Aparthied way which does not please me) , the Mayor and ruler of this country is Claude Boucher, the total area is 530.20 square kilometres and the land area is 512.57 square kilometres, the population is over 1.208 people. www.lanse-saint-jean.ca I don't know if the website is in English or not.
GeraldtheGnome: If KUWAITED to know what I mentioned about this place then your KUWAIT is over. Kuwait has the highest rated currency in the World, because of that I base a lot of money things that I do on the Kuwaiti Dinar, at its greatest difference that I know of to the Australian Dollar, $ 4.10 Australian = 1 Kuwaiti Dinar. Once again my issue is with the Meat, the laws and Women's Rights, I stick by with what I mentioned previously about them. Apart from that the Kittens in the clip were very cute, the guy with the pink bag WAS and is a worry, also the floor of that fish market was very wet and someone could easily slip over there. Kuwait City is the capital.
GeraldtheGnome: Kyrgyzstan is a country with Bishkek as its capital. I love Breakdancing, I never did it, but I thought I'd show the Breakdancing Championships over somewhere that I have no information on that was over in Kyrgystan. "Yeah, boyeeeeeeeeeeeeeee !"
GeraldtheGnome: Kugelmugel is a country that is a Republic inside Vienna, it was once lived in and in the countryside of Austria, but it was moved to Vienna Prater Park after the one resident and only member of population, Edwin Lipburger (aka 'The President' ) , was moved out of it. I have no information on if the head of it who has hundreds of non resident citizens lives in Vienna or not, but he does live in Austria, he is the citizen/leader and 'government in exile' of the country. The Austrian Government moved it into the park, fenced it off and put barb wire around it, only the ball-shaped house is the country, it is 7.68 m in diameter and everywhere else within the fence and the fence itself is a part of the Austrian Government. The ball-shaped house looks like a giant Orange. The fence is around it to stop him or anyone else ever using it, there is a website and it is in German and the Ball is really now useless except as a tourist attraction, so apart from President Edwin Lipburger (without any Fries/Chips) and his hundreds of non-resident citizens on the internet, the micronation doesn't really exist in any true form.
GeraldtheGnome: I like this video in general but I don't like the Global Warming bull$#17 that he leached into the video. Global Warming currently happening and 'warming Humans' are myths. The rest I agreed with except for the mythological 'climate change' theory. Kingman Reef is uninhabited, 18 km long, 9 km high, 1.5 metres above sea level. Roughly triangular, the lagoon is 82 metres deep, it has a area of 76.012 square kilometres, 12 square metres of that is dry land. It is an overseas territory of The USA and it is located in the Pacific Ocean.
GeraldtheGnome: There are some farmers and a town named Daesong-dong in South Korea, the people are the only civilians to live in the DMZ, apart from that no one lives in the DMZ, but some soldiers of both sides live near it. The town and the farms are 350 metres off the actual North Korean and South Korean border/The Demarcation Line, it is .6 miles away from Panmunjom. Deasong Dong is only one mile from Kijong-dong, a village in North Korea's protion of the DMZ. Here Korea's division is starkly apparent: rival national flags can be seen on gigantic flagpoles that were put up at the two villages.
While the DMZ is under UN control, the residents of the town (and farms) can vote and receive education, but are exempt from duties and tax. However, limitations include restrictions on changing residence and an 11 pm curfew. Kijong-dong is claimed to have a farm, as well as people living there. In reality it is uninhabited deliberately, but made to look like it has people in it. With telescopic lenses though it has been shown that they are concrete shells lacking window glass or even interior rooms, with the building lights turned on and off at set times and the empty footpaths swept by caretakers in an effort to preserve the illusion of activity. Panmunjom is what is shown in the video, you can be a tourist to the 'other side' via either country. If you are in North Korea and cross over the concrete bumps (where the middle is the actual border) or from elsewhere you will be shot dead from a South Korean soldier, if you are in South Korea and cross over the border into North Korea from the concrete bumps or elsewhere then you will be shot dead by a North Korean solider. If you are in one of the hut's that you see in the video you can cross over the border from North Korea or from South Korea, if you leave out of the door you did not enter from then you will be shot dead by a soldier from the country that you had just entered. Technically anyone who is from the Americas (with a few colony exceptions) is an American, not just those of one particular country. The best roads of both sides is in and to the DMZ, the reason for this is so if needed they can quickly deploy their armies to the border if a military conflict is imminent there, they are deserted roads most of the time and it isn't uncommon to have only one vehicle being on any of those roads at the same time. I want to go there !

GeraldtheGnome: Even as you can see, the parts of the capital of Cyprus are abandoned, uninhabited and 'frozen in time'. There literally was food and many things just left over and dropped, even in some houses there the bowls, plates, cups etc were left out as they left their meals and fled for their leaves. There is no such thing really as peaceful, peace and peacefully, but there is calm in these forbidden to Human places, an eery calm, one that puts chills down the spine. As you can see I once again also found a way to throw something Irish into it, a beautiful voice, beautiful music from the most beautiful part of the world, it makes me feel 'Homesick' even though I was only ever a tourist there when I was there.
GeraldtheGnome: Khatumo is an independent country that used to be a part of Somalia the country when the whole country was unified the country, particularly the western part of it, is under dispute by those in Somaliland that claim that that part is theres and that part does after all swing back and forth into the control of Somaliland when Khatumo doesn't have have some of it or all of it. The rest of the country is also believed by those in Somaliland to be theirs, also those in Puntland disputes those claims by those in Khatumo who claim it to be a part of Puntland. Both the forces in Somaliland and Puntland are against those in Khatumo and it does look from what I have seen, a strong military way of thinking by many males in Khtumo. The claim from the government of Khatumo that Somaliland should be theirs and not that of the government of Somaliland does not help the problem.
In theory it is claimed that Khatumo is an autonomous part of the country Somalia (proper) , but in reality it is a country with an unknown to me President, due to no information to find on the subject, that is also true about some other things about their as well. The undisputed part of it is landlocked, the other part isn't. The capital is Taleh. I still stick with what I mentioned prior to this about all the other countries of current day former Somalia countries.
GeraldtheGnome: The Kermadec Islands is an overseas territory of New Zealand, it is in the Pacific Ocean and the only only with humans living on it (4 in total) is Raoul Island which was shown in the video. As you can see, Kiwi is a language similar to English though I need a translator. I almost did a Kiwi, err I mean I knew a Kiwi (uh yeah that too ) that lived down the same Road as me. I often wonder if I should have later on as well when she asked me when I was 18, though her being 5 years younger than me I was afraid of answering that or reacting to that even though I wanted to do both and her as well. But not when I was 18 though, not that a part of inside me and 'downstairs' wasn't going, "Yeah, yeah, yeah !"
GeraldtheGnome: I had many 'what if' moments back then, since then nothing like that until recently due to contact with someone on this site, waaaaaaay to similar to her in tooooo many ways. Including the outcome.
GeraldtheGnome: The Kermadec Islands is made up of a number of islands which I have no information on how many exactly, but Raoul Island has Raoul Island Station, the only place on the island where humans are, the island is 29.38 square Kilometres in area and if 516 metres above sea level at Moumoukai Peak. I have no other info that I want to mention about it, at least not for now.
GeraldtheGnome: The should shoot all the Poaching bastards dead ! All the wildlife their should be saved. Has anyone been to Kenya ? I've never been to that country and if I go there and meet someone from there then I will ask them, "KENYA show me around ?"
GeraldtheGnome: Ghoust is a Micronation, it is inside France, it is 2.5 square kilometres , it has been an independent country since at least the 1600s, though the claims were renewed in the 19th century, no one has been buried there. The deceased leave the country by a coffin chute that goes to the bottom of the Mountain that is near a cemetery in France where they are buried. The current population is between 50 and 150 people, the exact number is constantly changing. I have no information of who the leader is. It maybe crap, but in general the people there are known for their longevity, but apparently one pensioner lived to 123, who it was, their gender etc is all unconfirmed, so is if that person really did live for that long.
