They draw people out from Wire, get their e-mail addresses, sell them to spammers, and try to defraud the better off ones, usually by faking distress of some kind, then it's "Western Union your large cash donation so my goldish Psych can have his sex change operation." and they laugh if it works and get drunk at the local bar and go onto the next sucker. |
