Has any one under contract worked for several years doing contract work?

Did you do it for one company or multiple companies?

What are your pro's or Con's to working under contract?

When is the right time to ask for more money under contract? 2nd extension, 3rd..whenever??

Are there contract jobs out there that pay benefits?
