All_In69: I received a 75% discount purchasing credits. When I went to purchase the credits it said I had purchased the maximum amount allowed for the day even though I had not purchased any credits. My offer is about to expire and I still am unable to purchase any credits at the discounted rate. Will you be honoring the discount later whenever the problem is fixed and I'm allowed to purchase credits? As a business I would think the number one priority is your customers ability to purchase your product. This seems to be a huge problem and I have heard I'm not the only one who has been affected by this problem. I'll wait to hear how you were going to make this right.

All_In69: 2 days later and I still have not heard a reply from Rod or admin about how they are going to make it right giving me a discount that I was not able to use. What kind of customer support doesn't respond to their customers?
