password reset

EmmyHeart: I am trying to enter as my old name Emmy♥ (emmy_heart) but the password doesn't work nor did I get an email to my address when I tried to reset the password. Please help.

my email address was verified but an email isn't being sent to the address to let me reset my password in order to get back in.

Comrade_: A mod will help you, I guess in the meantime you can check your 'junkmail' instead of 'inbox' to see if it was sent there.

EmmyHeart: I just check the spam folder and it isn't there.

EmmyHeart: Thank you so much for your help. I feel like I lost my identity when I couldn't get into Emmy♥ (Emmy_Heart) and I tried that password email last night and again today. Still no email to change my password and that email address had been verified. Thank you, emmy
