When is a mod, unfit to be a mod? Daft Punk: Today I tried to point out to a mod that abusive people were coming in with multiple accounts, to do basically the same thing. They did it right in front of her eyes and despite trying to tell her what was going on, she did nothing. So when I asked her if she actually knew what the WC view was on multiple accounts and where the rules are actually stated, she suspended me!! I tried to point out the issue to her and without warning or reply I was suspended. How can this be fair? Could a senior mod please contact me to discuss this situation? I promise you, this mod is unfit to be a mod and its a bad reflection on the relationship between members and the managing staff.  M3LISSA: The relationship between chatters and mods was damaged long ago. This isn't just happening in the Australia Room but in every other rooms. I have had the most interesting number of chats to certain people from all over, basically they're all shouting out the same thing. Whether or not the chatters are heard, that's a different story altogether. It is also said (by one of the mods) that if "you don't like it here, go elsewhere". That basically is saying they don't wanna hear what chatters have to say, just go. Oh yeah, I got muted and suspended tonight because some scumbag chatter called me a racist for using the upside down text on him lol - Makes you think doesn't it? M3LISSA: Michael, Daft was referring to a suspension made while in the Australia Room, prior to the room suspension made by an owner of the created room (that was done purely out of fun). M3LISSA: As mentioned above, I was muted and suspended last night.... by the same mod who had suspended Daft. Yet the abuser walked away unscratched. In fact I had to mute the abuser myself... for repeatedly calling me a racist just 'cause I used the upside down text on him....whilst the mod just watched on.... I'm not sure if you've made your own determination regarding this particular situation or if another mod has chosen to undertake the review. I've always had alot of respect for the moderators here and a greater respect for the fact that they freely contribute their own time to enhance our chat experience. I strongly believe this moderators actions and perspective needs to be assesed and judged by a more experienced team member, otherwise the discord and negative impact of her irrational decisions will continue to harm wireclub and all that function in it. I bare no malice toward the young lady, I realise she is in her mid twenties and she may be new to the role. Thanks again. It's obvious now that more than person is concerned about this particular mod. I dont know why no other moderator other than Michael has responded and I guess that means nothing will be reviewed or done about this situation. I'm a little disheartened but in hindsight appreciative of the rational and well considered responses to problems that moderators have sorted out in the past. As they say one rotten apple doesnt spoil the bunch. Hopefully we can move on and up from here. (Post deleted by xskittles )  southern77: when you have an issue and the mod dont like you or has a biased opinion against a certian person, you might as well beat your head agaist the wall because you will get more response from the wall... ive been suspended a couple of times without any reasons what so ever ive run across a couple of mods that are worse than anyone else in the room and would even go as far as daring you to say anything to them and when you try to report that same mod... poof .... nothing happens or you get sent to exile for the day so i expect after this posting ill be in exile again soon after a mod reads it M3LISSA: lol southern77, that's nothing new or unheard of. It is happening to quite a handful of people, myself included. I've been targeted based on assumptions that, not only I have multiple accounts but also leading a gang to abuse mods and apparently taking part of hacking Wireclub. That almost made me pissed my pants laughing According to them, they have a "system", one that "doesn't lie". If they had checked all ip addresses, they'd know we're different people living in different States even. So... as an experiment, a chat friend and I posted the same picture in our photo album. As expected that somehow got me suspended. They claimed that my friend's account was my own haha Experiment number 2.. a friend and I both used the same profile pic and went in the Bingo room to play bingo. Few hours later, friend got suspended. Yes, you guessed it.. they claimed it's me logging into both accounts at the same time and trying to rort the bingo system lol. Bear in mind that friend is known to all bingo players and they all know we're two different people, yet the friend to suspended. In conclusion to my findings in several of our experiments, we can confidently say they suspend / ban without actually investigating. It seems they go by say/hear. Oh by the way, another suspension was made 'cause I pasted a pm conversation between a mod and myself on my page. Not crying over spilt milk here but funnily enough I was informed by another chatter that a mod had a screenshot of a conversation with a chatter posted on his page. It showed that the mod ridiculed the chatter.... interesting. I can list a whole other examples here but that'll take too long.
