Lostconfession: Hmm to hack a directtv reciever or not to hack a directtv reciever... the risk is the question.. the outcome is the answer and the knowlegde is the goal atleast for me.. freechannel is the sideeffect lol. I guess its not worth it really. Its a nice trick and a easy solution for pirating channels but the risk are to great. It indanger family so its not worth it. Pondering still the thrill of understanding the hex coding on the card. trying to extract the EEPROM from card and subjective inserting a fix hack coding to obtain free basic package for a week or more for free... Now that is what i call fun. Even being able to costumize menu, color scheme, theme and background would be awesome in my sense.

What do you guys think.. Now adays its 10times easier to obtain things for free with little effert and alot more knowlegde.
