Chrus: I grew up watching, saint seiya, dragonball, goldorak... Little bit older stuff still way up there in my opinion... katana master: Naruto Shippuuden Genre: Action, Comedy, Martial Arts, Shounen, Super Power Episodes: Ongoing Type: TV Series *******-*******-*******--- Bleach Genre: Action, Comedy, Shounen, Super Power, Supernatural Episodes: Ongoing Type: TV Series *******-*******-*******---- One Piece Genre: Action, Adventure, Comedy, Shounen Episodes: Ongoing Type: TV Series *******-*******-*******---- Fullmetal Alchemist Genre: Action, Adventure, Comedy, Drama, Fantasy, Magic, Shounen, Military Episodes: 51 Type: TV Series *******-*******-*******----- Death Note Genre: Mystery, Drama, Horror, Shounen, Supernatural, Police, Psychological Episodes: 37 Type: TV Series jaceyka: CODE GEASS!!!, death note, elfin lied, TRIGUN!!, full metal panic, bleach, i know theres more, cant think off of the top of my head. clee1217: anime's my guilty pleasure. I've watched Code Geass, One Piece, Deathnote, and Fullmetal Brotherhood.
notsohardman: I have only seen two Animes Inuyasha and Naruto , I love Naruto my criticism of Naruto Shuppuden it drags on too much especially certain fights take like 10 episodes to be resolved and there is not enough focus of some of the other supporting characters particurlarly Shino and Hinata who are both strong powerful Ninjas do not get more than enough screen time. Punkkunoichi93: FLCL, Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, Darker Than Black, Cowboy Bebop, Paranoia Agent, Samarai Champloo, and I know I have more, but I can't think of them. XD These are my favorites. But I would definitely agree that not all anime is good. NigelChaos: My picks: Fullmetal Alchemist. Cowboy Bebop. Gungrave. (A mafia/yakuza anime with a lot of undead and gunfights.) Dokkoida!? (kind of an odd parody of the whole super-hero genre. Plus one of the villains is a dominatrix.) Girls Bravo. (Fan-service heavy harem anime.. but really funny as well.) Shin Chan. (Go ahead. watch it and I DARE you not to laugh. :-) ) Paranoia Agent. (Words don't do it justice. It's very much its own beast. But there is a lot of psychological horror.) /rant I don't get the whole fascination with Naruto. I mean.. I could see enjoying it if I was 12 or something. But when I was first getting into anime it was all about Dragon Ball Z. Now that I've seen a lot more anime I find that DBZ is really poorly paced. And as far as Naruto goes? well.. I just can't bring myself to care. /end rant. NigelChaos: Also, Netflix has really beefed up their anime in the "watch instantly" service. A lot of the new anime I've been watching has come straight from there. Tink: Sorry, I was cloned http://www.wireclub.com/Forums/ViewTopic.aspx?ForumId=1&ParentId=1293932&Replied=11 caramel lady: the best cartoon where from the 80s when children were still children and coroprate america was just get starting. My fav is Xmen, thudercats, care bears when i was really young, lostnthenight: Just finished watching Kara no Kyoukai great anime, art work and story was amazing too, beware if you dont like blood scenes. Gothika_Kitt: I don't know about anime series....but I know you can't go past the Studio Ghibli movies if you love japanese animation. I'm hooked on Howl's Moving Castle. TicklemeDaisy_: I can give you my list because I have a hard time just choosing one. Elfen Lied Naruto-Manga FLCL Dragon Ball Z-Manga Full Metal Alchemist Samurai X D-Grayman And it also depends on what animes specifically from *******11 or you can be talking about the classics. But from *******11 there are plenty more animes I could give you.The best of the best are usually the classics though. |
