It is your bodies way of getting you to stop and listen. Anxiety will not cause you pain and discomfort forever. It can, however motivate you to heal and leave once you have. You must first determine who or what sent the message. Once you discover the source make peace with it. Fighting against or resisting anxiety will only cause it to persist. Write about your thoughts and feelings. It is not always easy to tell exactly where or anxiety is coming from and writing it out can be helpful in finding the source. Bring happiness into your life. Welcome positive thoughts. Establish goals for your future. Make sure to start with small obtainable mini goals and reward yourself for all success! Start a hobby or pick back up an old one you have been neglecting. Exercise also helps release feel good hormones into your body. There is no magical happy pill to take that will fix all your problems. Remember when you are feeling anxious to stop and breathe. Have you tried any meditation? Retraining your brain is the only solution. You are what you think. Watch your thoughts, they become your words. Watch your words, they become your actions. Watch your actions, they become your habits. Watch your habits, they become your character. peladito46: luv n sex will help u 2 kontrol anxiety n this isnt a joke cause through this 2 feelings/actions ur mind can release a lot of this bad energy n produce good energy hormones/feronomes that will give u peace of mind n ur anxiety problems will disappear with the time, try it (Post deleted by Wireclub Robot Butler ) ShannonJM4U: I avoid all negative people, places and things that cause me anxiety. Life is really too short to deal with anxiety. I allow myself to be around positive people. Negative people really cause me depression and that kicks into anxiety for me. DON'T WORRY ABOUT THINGS YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER. KRDNL: I get anxiety even passing people in a hallway. What should I do? Say hi or nod? I literally get nervous about the silliest things. Lεia*̣: I get something similar to electrical shocks in my back and chest. I've been to 3 doctors until now and they all say, and it's maybe something that has to do with my nerves and muscles . My nerves are really weak, all because of anxiety which I have been diagnosed of recently. I have migraine headache too, which played the major role in affecting my life negatively. I really reached an extreme point where I can't continue my day without painkillers. I get headaches everyday nonstop. And I take my pills 4 to 5 times a day and sometimes more than that -If I forgot to take them with me when I leave home, my eyes get blurry and I feel as the nerves in my arms and legs are beating. Few months ago I had something else, my lips shiver and my eyes blink whenever I get mad. I saw a neurologist and he said that these are uncommon symptoms of anxiety. I searched about it and read intensively about anxiety and tension in general, but still I haven't found an answer for it in terms of what should I do or don't do to overcome this problem in particular. I try to calm myself down, I don't get angry over anything, but rather I hold back and keep what's bothering me for myself. Which apparently why I am an anxious person. If any one has experienced these symptoms I'd appreciate an advice from you. | Self-Improvement Chat Room Similar Conversations |
