madilinesrescue: you just have to trust yourself and what other people {mostly your dr's or the ones you rely on the most] tell you is healthy for you, each day is a challange because the edo thoughts are always going to pop up in your head and it is a real struggle to try and stop them. being on a cal. restricted diet is probably a step above where you were before you jus have to make sure that you dont let the edo take over your thoughts of being healthy.

just take it one day at a time, hell take it a few hours at a time, but surround yourself with positivity and people who love you and will help you no matter what happens.

Joleneann: How old are you? How long have you had this problem? Do you know were it stems from? I lost an awesome friend to anorexia. Get help and only surround yourself with people who love you, and most importantly treat you right. Those who very well could love you, don't always have your best interest at heart. You are your best Alli. God Bless.

david the drummer: Sort of. Not exactly the same but recovery from a fy@~&w up family. The more I separate from them the more clearly I see the issues and the deeper, darker and scarier things seem to get. I've gotten so far and still it's always another challenge to keep getting better. Hang in there man I have food issues too but I don't mean to minimize yours.

Comrade_: Check your IBM and try making a diet plan to gain steady weight and maintain it by exercise. But ey man, this fear of gaining weight might be more mental than physical..

nurse_kaz: you need to go and see a doctor about your concerns with anorexia. there is always defiantly a reason for the behaviour that you are doing. ie by controlling how much you are eating is because its the one thing u have control over. you may need to invest in spending sometime with a counsellor or psychologist to get down to the issues surrounding the illness. learning new ways to cope of get past whatever it is that your finding hard to deal with. i hope that you find your way. good luck
