Big Bopper: I only need the planet for another 30 years...35 if I'm unlucky. I hope you next generation can make it work for you for as long as you need it.

Earth sky has an excellent animated page about this years Lunar eclipses.

Interestingly there seems to be some difference of opinion about how many Supermoons there will be in 2015.

Some say six and others say only three later in the year.

Is this a denial of the old Pagan beliefs? The first three supermoons are in January, February and March some claim. The others are in July, September and August.

I think there is a problem with NASAs radar telescope.

NASA had been experimenting with long range views with radar and had asked others if they had the same results but they did not.

So as the 'results' are in doubt the Conclusion is inconclusive.

lori100: some scientists have said the Earth is hollow, too.....-----collectiveevolution.com----Edmund Halley was an English astronomer and mathematician who was the first to calculate the orbit of a comet that was later named after him, the popular Halley’s comet.----------Edmund Halley proposed that the Earth was hollow and well capable of supporting life in his publication:

An Account of the Cause of the Change of the Variation of the Magnetical Needle; With an Hypothesis of the Structure of the Internal Parts of the Earth(6)

This paper was published by the Royal Society. Halley believed that the Earth was a hollow shell about 500 miles thick, with two inner concentric shells and an innermost core about the diameter of the planets Venus, Mars and Mercury. The shells were separated by atmospheres and each one had its own magnetic poles.---------- The spheres rotated at different speeds. He suggested that each sphere was capable of supporting life, because each sphere was bathed with light from the atmosphere that filled each of the inner spaces. He suggested the possibility of a “more ample creation” within the Earth. His hollow Earth theory came about from the examination of the gradual motion of the lines of magnetic declination. It was based on the value of lunar relative density given by Issac Newton. His hollow Earth theory appeared as the first significant deduction to be drawn from Issac Newton’s Principia.

duncan124:
The Church of the Hollow Earthers was created after its members found they could n't believe what scientists had said and chose the theory of the Hollow Earth as it gave them as much scope as possible for their activities and someone had drawn pleasant images of the world inside and that was how they wanted it to be.

In short they wanted to be more wealthy.

The images of the wealthy life style and as Lori has pointed out a real scientific base helped create the church.

Its main activities was wealth creation by studying scientific publications and either alone or in groups deciding what was ' packing ' and what was often the very little new scientific theory.

Mistakes and wrong assumptions, often about what was just outside the publications authors field of study and included to make the ideas sound reasonable, were holding mankind back and the church goers were intent on finding and profiting financially by a rightful understanding of the scientific theories.

Sam Fox and other celebrities went to Downing Street to complain about the negative reporting and attacks in the media on the Hollow Earthers.

Later the Church won its test case at the High Court and has to be given the same protection as other religions are.

Wireclub and others beware!

Zanjan: If the earth is hollow, it's the underworld, where many people think hell is. Would be curious to know what their rituals are, and if they pray to the guy with horns.

No Zanjan they are not Christians.

The reason it is a Church is because the way the laws are in the UK about people who risk unsecured money in a group. There is very little protection for investors and the laws see ideas and concepts as valued in money, in fact as money and it is only faith that keeps the believers together.

In fact the Hollow Earth idea comes from the way they feel around a scientific idea and from an exhibition of drawings of a hollow earth world which was obviously a wealthy garden suburb.

They accepted the name Hollow Earthers as it helped fend off the aggressors.

lori100: there are myths of purgatory inside the earth, and native people and Tibetans have legends of living inside the earth--good experiences......and there is the legend of Agartha--the inner city in recent visits by an admiral-------The first public scientific evidence occurred in 1947 when Rear Admiral Richard E. Byrd of the United States Navy flew directly to the North Pole and instead of going over the pole, actually entered the Inner Earth. In his diary with other witnesses, he tells of entering the hollow interior of the Earth, and traveling 1700 miles over mountains, lakes, rivers, green vegetation and animal life. He tells of seeing monstrous animals resembling the mammoth of antiquity moving through the underbrush. He eventually found cities and a thriving civilization.

His plane was finally greeted by flying machines, the type he had never seen before. They escorted him to a safe landing place and he was graciously greeted by emissaries from Aghartha. After resting, he and his crew were taken to meet the Ruler of Aghartha. They told him that he had been allowed to enter Aghartha because of his high moral and ethical character. They went on to say that ever since the United States had dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagosaki, they had been very concerned for their own safety and survival. They had decided that it was time to make greater contact with the outside world to make sure we didn't destroy this planet and their civilization with it. They had been allowed in for this express purpose, as a way of making contact with someone they trusted.

To make a long story short, Admiral Byrd and his crew, upon their visit, were guided by their hosts in their plane back to the outer world, and their lives were changed forever.

In January, 1956, Admiral Byrd led another expedition to the Antarctic and/or the South Pole. In this expedition he and his crew penetrated for 2,300 miles into the center of Earth again. Admiral Byrd states that the North and South Pole are actually two of many openings to the center of Earth.

Interestingly all modern politicians, like Blair, Brown, Cameron and Millibank have convictions for religious harassment or hate at the Church goers.

The Judges findings about hatred aimed at the Hollow Earthers, and the list of famous people found to have hated at them, should be read if you want to understand ' what is going on on the Internet'.

Zanjan: Volcanic erruptions happen every year - one day it's on one side of the earth; next day there's one on the other side of the planet to balance it out. The only thing that could be truly monstrous is a supervolcano - looking at Yellowstone or Campi Flegrei - those are due to blow anytime. Would sure throw a screw in the works, eh.

Fire rainbows, those are cool and rarer.

Well, Mount Etna erupted in December and if all the planets are aligned together in a plane and in quite a small arc of the sky their combined effects must be more the usual.

The ancient Romans were serious about astrology and had experience of the volcanoes in Italy I wonder if they have left any ideas about what the planets can do??

Modern astrologers claim they can change your moods.

Zanjan: I think their influence is so very slight. However, I've seen what the full moon does to some people so there is truth in that much. So common, that's how we got the word "lunatic".

Every one of my babies were born on a full moon, none on their due date.
