Naboo_the_Enigma: Occams Razor is a true hypothesis. Im not making it up.

Are u frightened of reading about it, in case u come to the realisation of what a sham religion really is?

Knowledge of this one most fundamental...indivisible...part of atom [we have protons, electrons, neutron, quarks...maybe more to discover..]...and the whole mystery of universe gets solved.

XFixYourBrainX: Going back to the begining of my post, have you read it and understood it? And tell me what knowledge have you gained from this topic about the universe, only from what you have read, not from anything else. So basically exclude all other knowledge except the topic that is being presented and tell me how the universe was otherwise formed, since there is no such thing as a big bang theory anymore since its absolutely impossible for a universe to come into existance by itself. 0=0 remember that in the equation

XFixYourBrainX: A human being is a part of a whole, called by us _universe_, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

LiptonCambell: It takes me forever to respond for a multiple of reasons. For example, I like to address any interesting or questionable comments point by point so I know I don't miss anything important. Also, I'm not up when you are, which wireclub states your last post was 3 in the morning. Lastly, I like to post a long post- not double or triple posting, as you've done above. All of these cause me to respond slower. But I suppose my response style has nothing to do with the topic;

>>>The Bible says there are always a group of people looking for a sign and your one of them Lipton.

And why is looking for signs for God in the unchanging laws of nature something to be scolded, rather than looking for signs in a book thats been edited and maniplulated dozens of times for political and social reasons?

>>>since there is no such thing as a big bang theory anymore since its absolutely impossible for a universe to come into existance by itself.

This is what I don't understand;

You state that the Big Bang could not happen, since nothingness cannot create matter.("Something can not come from nothing!"- Feb 27) That anything less is a logical fallacy. But, in the same breath, you state that God created everything from nothing....

....but you just got finished stating that something cannot come from nothing.

So you want it both ways. You want to cast away alterative theories are incorrect, since something cannot come from nothing....but if God wills it, something CAN come from nothing. You want us to believe contradicting beliefs.

And thats not all- you say again and again, Big Bang is wrong....but you also admit that the Big Bang happened("Maybe God liked what we call fireworks and made a big explosion what we humans call a big bang"- Feb 27)

But lets just play your game and say that, sure, the universe forming from nothing- thats bad science- doesn't work. Is this proof of God, or merely an unsolved mystery? 2000 years ago, people didn't understand where lightning came from- was that proof of God? Wouldn't that mean the matter is subjective then though? That our inablity to explain an unsolved mystery doesn't mean that it must be God?

And more importantly, if we had accepted 2000 years ago that lightning was God, and never questioned it or considered alterative veiwpoints, where would we be now? Doesn't regarding any mystery as God only work to stiffle progress?

>>>Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

That sounds like socialist drivel.

LiptonCambell: I get what you "simply" said- thats why I am asking questions to elaborate.

If God created the universe, doesn't that imply that there was nothing prior to the universe being made? It seems like you're doing awefully alot of willful ignorance- by ignoring these questions, you think the problem these questions present go away. They dont.

LiptonCambell: Again, isn't this doublespeak? The universe always existed, but God existed prior to making it? Doesn't the idea that god "created" the universe presupposes the concept of it having not existed prior to its creation?
