oh_good_laughs: Tink, no. I have never been. But i have talked with many Muslims, we have discussed their faith, and many of them seem to be similar in converting strategy, atleast in my experience.

Tink: So, how can you act like they are all bonkers for defending their faith?

oh_good_laughs: They portray the Bible, the New Testament, in a supporting light of the Koran. They edify Mohammad by selective scriptures of the Bible, that i imagine they have been taught. But, familiar with the Bible, i show them versus saying 'all was finished at the cross', 'that John the Baptist is said to be the last Prophet of God', salvation, etc.

And then, their strategy quickly adverts to, 'well you can't believe that, man has corrupted the message', etc.. They first start by using the Bible in their favor. But if your familiar with the Bible, and show them that it really isn't in their favor, then they will attack it, making it seem unreliable, untrue, etc.

oh_good_laughs: Tink, i know there is a division in the Muslim world, that some ARE peaceful. I was only saying for the radicals, that their drive is supported by the Koran.

oh_good_laughs: Hope, i don't think i want to study anymore in Islam. I've researched, and have my views, while discussions on here have clarified most of my thoughts.

harlett: OOPs first time i disagree with .. there is always too be prophets ... at all times .....as long humanity shall live here on earth and endures those who were made differently harms and mayhem so shall there be anoited prophets....who words aren't always spoken for humanity to fully understand .......and we are told do no harm too those of tender heart .....

StuckInTheSixties: I find it curious that Risen clutches tightly to the Old Testament when it comes to stories like the Creation, Noah's Ark, etc. but disavows the Old Testament when the perversions found in it are compared to those found in the Qu'ran.

Have you changed your mind about the Old Testament, or are you cherry-picking the stories that you find valid, or are you just being hypocritical?

oh_good_laughs: I speak of the Old Testament, in context of science, origin, etc. But my faith is centered in Christ, the New Testament.

Okay, well then, if the Old Testament is credible enough for you to subscribe to those parts you do, why isn't it credible enough for you to subscribe to those parts you don't?

xapim: i herd, the helocopter didnt crash until after one of the two teams, landed on the roof. as they entered a movement acrross the bed towards a scene weapon brought 3-4 shots, the 4th in the head....and reporters went biblical about it. they tried to get the truth but noone will no for sure what happend except he wasnt wanted dead or aive, he was wanted dead.
