jo2_1990: sure can`t any human thinking with out mind..but in our book God don`t have mother of father or son or sister .....and if any one read this book he/she will know every thing about Universe with out be scientists...but wat i read i see it`s realy happen in body ..in life..in die..in born..in every thing...don`t need read abooks to be sure...and iam sure from my religion and wat i believe but i still thinking talking and listen to the theory and howz people think..and every thing happen for reason ..

Coffrey: Okay, let's say you're right. Let's say that all you need to know about science is in the quran. Then why aren't a majority of scientists islamic? In fact, only 10 Muslims have ever received a nobel prize, and 6 of those were for peace, meaning that only 4 Muslims have ever received a nobel science prize since the start of the nobel prize in 1901.

The point is, if it had all the answer, we wouldn't need actual scientists to investigate to get better answers than what the quran has. Think of all the inventions, all the discoveries, all the new technologies and NOT because people stopped and said "Look at my holy book, it has all the scientific answers right in here, no need to keep investigating".

Probably next to none, which means that the overwhelming majority of scientific researchers don't take them seriously as credible sources when they launch their theories. In other words, whatever "science" can be found in the Bible, the Koran, the Vedas etc has been proved to be too unreliable to meet proper scientific criteria. Therefore, they should be left alone as religious guidebooks only and not mixed with scientific disciplines.

jo2_1990: yes right.in the Bible, the Koran, the Vedas..we can see all wat we need..but still the science some thing we need it to prove ..in wat we believe..

I can see the earth, I can see the moon, I can see mars, and I can see the sun and I believe they exist. There is water on Mars because it has a polar icecap, I can see that with my own eyes. And I'm pretty sure if there was a spaceship on Mars, our numerous satellites and rovers would have detected it by now. Now I ask the question of you, did you see God make the sun, the moon, mars, or earth? Hell I'm happy if you can say you see God period. Listen, I don't have to have an answer for the formation of the universe, I'm content with "I don't know". You seem to be unable to handle "I don't know", so in everything that you actually don't know, you're planting God in there. don't you see it's what jews, christians, and muslims have been doing for hundreds of years? As we learn more, the gaps that you can place god in are shrinking.

Coffrey: You notice that everything you listed could possibly be observed without advanced instruments, right? And knowing whether it's a boy or girl, how? I mean, it's not hard, it's a 50/50 guess, if someone got it wrong, they claim that Satan trick them or whatever. How come the quran makes no mention of galaxies? Or offers cures for diseases? I'm talking actual tangible benefits brought to you by science, not these tangential knowing how a kid is going to turn out.

Jo, have a conversation with salve about whose holy book is more true, because you both proclaim yours to be...... truer, but both of you rely on the same faulty evidence for your claims. So by that right, you should believe in christianity's claims as well.

God and Satan are always handy to have up your sleeve when you don't have an answer to something; thereby conveniently shoving the responsibility for your own shortcomings onto unseen entities that cannot argue their case and thus disprove your claim.
