Why would Joseph and Mary name one of their sons by a spanish name ?

CandyRivers: I am an atheist, I sometimes have a massive problem with religion, sometimes I couldn't care less. it depends on what is happening in the world.

One thing I did do though, on facebook was look into a group that was anti-muslim. (Yeah I do sort have a few issues with the way Islam treats women. I did not like what I saw.

I think on examining this, a lot of people use atheism to promote racism, the same as certain religious people do. I think a lot of atheists are quite preachy (as I can be) and often are more preachy than the religious people they are against.

So, whilst I wouldn't say atheists are evil. I would say that I am quite dissapointed with a lot of the individuals I was looking to for inspiration and companionship. Others I have to say have been the soundest people ever.

As for religiosos, I am have become fond of Pokerman, and Lois is just brilliant. I may even start to like Talent if he chills out a bit.

I dont like the homophobia and racism I find in religion, but I don't like the homophobia and racism I have found in atheists either.

So from now on I will try to judge the person by their actions.

I know for a fact that there are rotten eggs in almost every basket and that we should check the whole content before we condemn it.

The problem is extremists that give an entire ideology or religon a bad name and people that stereotype because of single actions or impressons (premature judgment).

wise talk and true, always I belive we should not look into the people themselves, we should look into the principle they depend on, we have saying: "know the truth,you would know its men" and your hand's fingers are not equal, you can find the good one and you can find the bad one in each society, if I have a material and in same time I'm bad applicator doesn't mean material quality is bad also.
