IS is a problem for everyone not a Sunni Muslim. Governments in that region are, except for Israel, generally weak and / or corrupt. Tribal attitudes still present in most of the Middle-East, as well as Islam itself, hinders any attempts for long lasting peace. As long as secular thinking and democracy are incompatible with Islam, there will be unrest.
