For example from the few conversations I've seen I have notice that most Russians tend to be negative toward their Communist past while the Romanians talk about their past as a nightmare state. In contrast I notice that Hungarians, Yugoslavians, and Georgians tend to see their time under Communism as far more positive even to the point of seeing the old system superior than their current one.
