Bumpa: OK, thanks for that Snaggle. It is possible the family I met was high up back in Cuba, they seemed quite affluent anyway.
I haven't travelled in this region at all, it's too close to USA to appeal to me. Asia is more my stamping ground.
All I can say is that Hugo Chavez is one politician I quite admire for what he has done to lift his people out of poverty.

Bumpa: I work for one of the largest energy companies in the world. My job is to minimise adverse effects their activities may have on the natural environment. Infinitely more important than making money.
