BBC and Portugal start racist drive.

The BBCs claims that someone has brought the Washington Post again.

The American newspaper has faced this attack by white supremist before and several Portuguese officals have been arrrested in the USA for their part in it.

Profiles of Aníbal Cavaco Silva show that he is unlikely to be able to escape from the mental health problem that causes portugueses Govt workers to attempt such crimes.

More Scary for the UK is that the BBC repeats these claims that there is a person who made media ideas.

Perhaps ITV should repeat its award winning report in to Tony and the Flat Screens!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-23588958bbc bank interest rates jobless 7.8%

Portugal Daily News reports the overall rates of unemployment.

"The highest unemployment rates were in Lisbon (19.3) and Madeira (18.8%)."

Clearly the question has to be asked are ' interest rates going to be the same in both countries' ??

As the Bank of England is also the Euro bailouters what is the right policy?

"But the same financial institution had already submitted two other proposals virtually the same in 2004, when the Government was headed by Santana Lopes, social-democratic and which were rejected-it is unknown whether the Government of Santana Lopes made any complaint, as the PSD has suggested on Wednesday that the Government should have done PS, claiming that these proposals of swaps could "set up the practice of illicit acts".

"The proposals made by Citigroup to the Republic, in July 1, 2005, correspond, almost entirely (there are slight nuances in the time of occurrence of the cash flows, although the objectives and instruments are exactly the same), that had been presented to August 13 and September 27, 2004 and which had had negative opinion by the AGD [debt management Area] because it does not fall within the rules of procedures for the hiring of derivatives the IGCP financial ", reads a footnote to the document of proposals for 2005 prepared by the IGCP.

A week before Citigroup's proposal of July 1, 2005, had been also presented an idea with the same characteristics (to reduce the deficit in the short term, penalizing the public accounts in the future) by Barclays Capital"

From Portugal Daily News

It is fairly obvious that the Portuguese Govt set up the whole affair with help from Barclays bank in order to hid losses and to make others pay for them. And, as far as the Portuguese Govt goes, to engineer the return to power of small set of conspirators.

It is equally obvious that the bank of England was in on it after Citigroup and Barclays Capital both disappeared without trace.

Even an idiot can see Portugals ruling clique are a bunch of criminals bent on getting their hands on everyones elses wealth.

Cameron with the help of ethnic Germans has tried the same thing by making the poor pay for the 'holes' in the finances of local Govt. The cronys have spent money on paper without having it in the pot and still can't get the cash to fill the hole.

duncan124: What Revolution could Portugal spark?

Portugal has a great history of socialist thinking and inspired change, going back centuries. And unfortunately of other counties interfering to stop the ideas and decisions chosen by the Portuguese. So it could be that Portugal has good reason to resent and doubt other counties which interfere with their ideas and politics.

The problem for Portugal today is that it is dependant on others for loans and the lender has demanded one type of political landscape where its type of people always win and are in charge.

What if Portugal stops paying back the lenders loans? Well, that has already happened and is part of the lenders plans, in fact it is one of the lenders main demands and its trick which keeps the people it wants always winning.

Even today the newspapers report that Portugal ' can to back to the markets ' and issue Govt bonds which banks will buy, but the Portuguese Govt has said it will not have enough to pay back the money already ' lent ' not on market terms by the EU and called a 'bailout'.

The Portuguese might pay back the loan a month or two late. After the harvest in northern Europe. Farmers loans are well known and it is a historical fact that they played a part in the Irish famines.

The Krieglist is now steel caged.

And there has been some action-- as the wreck of the Three floating around for several days has shown --involving the Bank of England and Portugal.

The story seems to have started before the Portuguese Govt became involved with its lies about Angolian Oil;--- they came complete with job adverts for workers for the oil field,-- as there was a sustained push for media workers for film and TV which the Bank of England obtains as part of its Taxation policy.

Clearly there was an engagement between computerised agendas which disrupted the internet.

Fallout from the courts ruling. But is n't there a obvious problem which they are avoiding??

" In a press conference at the Ratton Palace, the presiding judge, Joaquim Sousa Ribeiro, said that some of the articles deemed unconstitutional violated the principles of "guaranteeing job security" and the "principles of proportionality contained in articles 53 and 18 of number two of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic."

"Thus, the court ruled against government plans to transfer civil service employees into a mobility pool from where they would either be redeployed or made redundant with planned savings this year amounting to €50 million but rising to €448 million next year and €394 million in 2015 in what the government accepted was a set back."

from Portugal News online.

For one it seems to be this ' idea ' which they call 'mobility pool'.

" This now represents the third time the Constitutional Court has struck down government austerity measures with decisions going against plans to remove holiday pay in July 2012 and against another attempt to restrict holiday and sickness pay in April of this year.

“If, for example, in football, this were to happen, at the end of two yellow cards, the player has to walk. Well, this government has already seen three reds and hence certainly does not deserve to continue in office,” Carlos proclaimed. "

While more right wing newspapers report the PM as saying;-

"Passos Coelho reacted to today's dissappointing news with dark mutterings, "if the government can not lower wages, or pensions, or reduce employment, the path will be a second bailout."

The hugely un-ambitious government target of 30,000 job cuts would save the country €4.7 billion by the close of 2014 and pressure is now on Passos Coelho to come up with savings from other areas to make up the shortfall, savings that do not fall foul of the Constitutional Court."

Plus it appears the plans were not going to come in to effect for a number of years...
