The story of the CIA spraying San Francisco with LSD is an Urban Myth, yes they did spray harmless bacteria at San Fran using winds to blow the bugs over the town. This was as to provide information about how bacteria spread so as to better cope with a Biological Warfare attack on Americans towns, and thus save American lives. The 'experiments' you mention where low life's were given hookers to enjoy along with spiked booze, and some other wacky experiments were practically all the work of one contractor who 'sort of' worked for the CIA. It is not like he was going into respectable American homes and corrupting decent people. He was inviting slobs to expand their debauchery, at the expense of the U.S. but hey, it is amazing CIA Headquarters was not besieged by wrakes begging to be placed on the programme with free prostitutes, condoms and drugs and booze thrown in. Then the development of this information, and the the transmission of this information. As computer programs no longer need electrical contacts, information can be sent and received by these transmissions, therefore information can be sent to a human brain, to cause a human brain to think the thoughts in the program, to then also be in observation of the total situation it involves. To use any signal it would involve a transmission, the creation of a transmission using interference (burnt signals) or the signals that occult information is normally affecting us on. What is the occult involved in, if not the control/possession of a human being? Just think about the obvious, mind contact, mind choices are already in control by the American Government in their pursuit for world takeover of all systems. Whitlam had threatened to close US military bases in Australia, and was a leftist leader. The population was stunned by the use of an archaic law that allowed Governor-General John Kerr to dissolve the government. Kerr was a member of the Association for Cultural Freedom, an organization that was receiving funding from the CIA. In 1977, US poliltician Warren Christopher let slip in a discussion with Whitlam that "The US would never again interfere with Australia's democratic process". -----------------------------------------------------------------------------Cuba (1961) The CIA sent 1500 Cuban exiles to invade Castro’s Cuba in 1961. The mission failed when a promised American air-strike didn't occur, leading to the deaths of many of the exiles. Among these wild speculations is one of Lee Oswald being a CIA Agent who attempted to enter Cuba to kill Mr Castro. Hmmmm, the KGB would disagree with you. The KGB gave Lee a thorough examination when he moved to Russia. They analysed his politics, his motivations and his character. The conclusion of the KGB was that Lee was trash, good for nothing, and not a CIA asset. That is one of the reasons the Soviets were sceptical of the Dallas PD conclusion that Lee shot JFK. MKULTRA officially began in 1953. In 1973, tipped off about forthcoming investigations, CIA Director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of any MKULTRA records. Senator Frank Church, who led the congressional investigations of the CIA's unlawful actions, said that the agency was "a rogue elephant" operating above the law as it plotted assassinations, illegally spied on thousands of Americans, and even drugged citizens in its effort to develop new weapons for its covert arsenal. [3] In 1977, through a Freedom of Information Act request, 16,000 pages of mind control documents were found as part of the Agency's financial history. The nature of the research included these specific problems: •Can we create by post-H (hypnotic) control an action contrary to an individual's basic moral principles? •Can we "alter" a person's personality? Can we guarantee total amnesia under any and all conditions? •Could we seize a subject and in the space of an hour by post-H control have him crash an airplane? •Can we devise a system for making unwilling subjects into willing agents and then transfer that control to untrained agency agents in the field by use of codes or identifying signs? NB 13, 14, 28 [5] In a 1971 Science Digest article [6], Dr. G.H. Estabrooks states, "By the 1920's clinical hypnotists learned to split certain individuals into multiple personalities like Jeckyl-Hydes. During WWII, I worked this technique with a Marine lieutenant I'll call Jones. I split his personality into Jones A and Jones B. Jones A, once a ‘normal' Marine, became entirely different. He talked communist doctrine and meant it. He was welcomed enthusiastically by communist cells, and was deliberately given a dishonorable discharge. Jones B was the deeper personality, knew all the thoughts of Jones A, and was ‘imprinted' to say nothing during conscious phases. Dr. Jose Delgado, a neurosurgeon and Yale professor, [7][8][9] received funding for brain electrode research on children and adults. In the 1950s, he developed a miniature electrode placed within an individual's cranium capable of receiving and transmitting electronic signals. Delgado was able to control the movements of his subjects by pushing buttons on a remote transmitter. He demonstrated by wiring a fully-grown bull. With the device in place, Delgado stepped into the ring with the bull. The animal charged towards the experimenter – and then suddenly stopped, just before it reached him. The powerful beast had been stopped with the simple action of pushing a button on a small box held in Delgado's hand. [10] MC 147, BB 88 The Mind Control Doctors In the second half of the 20th century, mind control projects resulted in extensive political abuse of psychiatry. Many thousands were subjected to unethical mind control experiments by leading psychiatrists and medical schools. Mind control experimentation was not only tolerated by medical professionals, but published in psychiatric and medical journals. Dr. William Sweet participated in both brain electrode implant experiments and the injection of uranium into medical patients at Harvard University. [11][12] Army doctors were involved in LSD testing at least until the late 1970's. Subjects of LSD experiments included children as young as five years old, and brain electrodes were implanted in children as young as 11 years of age. BB, pg. Dr. Cameron was president of the American and World Psychiatric Associations. He used a "treatment" which involved intensive application of these brainwashing techniques; drug disinhibition, prolonged sleep, and prolonged psychological isolation. These were combined with ECT [Electro Convulsive Therapy]. [17][18][19] The amount of electricity introduced into Linda's brain exceeded by 76.5 times the maximum amount recommended. Dr. Cameron's technique resulted in permanent and complete amnesia.
