Coffrey: The Others are coming, THE OTHERS ARE COMING! Fear-mongering 101, brought to you by Glenn Beck, the master of seeing shit that isn't there. The Muslim Brotherhood doesn't give a shit about us, only to the extent that we would impede on them, which is about the only reason why muslims have ever fucked with us, because we've been dicking around there region of the world for the past 50 years.

Also, when you have Allen West and Louie Gomert in your ad to the show, it's really just a parody of itself at that point.

Coffrey: Well Christians can't wait until Israel is obliterated so that their savior being can return, so who's really in the wrong here? And you do know that Iran knows that Israel and the US is just foaming at the mouth, can't wait to invade, so any offensive Iranian action would be the end of all the people in charge of Iran currently, right?
I took the time to find all the things confirming or denying evidence for a conspiracy, shit I'd have no time left. The key is to determine if it makes sense through a few characteristics:
1. Is the source I got it from reliable? This is Glenn Beck we're talking here, he wants to scare you so you'll buy survival kits and gold bars that he is selling, he would profit against you being scared witless.
2. does this make sense? I know there are a thousand different jihad conspiracies, but when it comes to Iran, like I said, that's the fucking end of them.
3. Can anything be done about it? Any conspiracy that you have heard of, the government probably is aware of. If they can't - or won't - do anything about it, then now it becomes a conspiracy that the government is complicit in, which makes it less believable.

micro88: Who`s in the wrong? I don`t know, too many religions ..... and I find it impossible to know which one is the TRUE one, hahahahahaaa.
Yes, Iran does know that any offensive action on their part would lead to immediate retaliation. Are the leaders there crazy enough not to care? I hope not!
(tis true, going through evidence would take a long while on all this)
Actually, I do think I should get a survival kit. Never know when the big quake`s gonna hit this place.
True, nothing could be done about it if some individuals want to make it happen.& there`s no iron-clad proof of goings-on, so why would the government pursue something that seems unlikely.
If anyone was colluding with the Mexican drug cartels to get through our borders, well it`s our fault that there are drug cartels, anyway! I hate saying that, but the American demand for drugs is really out of control. A sad sign of decline, in itself.

cocacolacowboy27: Coffrey, can you clarify the statement about Christians being unable to wait for Israel to be obliterated? I mean, are you saying they would support an attack on Israel, or are you merely speaking of how it would affect their prophecy of the end times? Not sure I understood the point you were making. Thanks

Iran is wary of actually triggering a war, but has no problem making threats to the countries who would obliterate them. The US has managed to prevent them from making a fully activated nuclear device by using computer worms to repeatedly crash their networks in the plants. However, Iran does know this is happening and recently issued a threat to the US regarding this. There are 2 links below regarding that statement and the one to follow. Three American social networks experienced crashes within the last three weeks, including Facbook (whos pages relating to the Chick-Fil-A scandal crashed for 12 hours, probably not related, as Facebook has since issued an apology.), Google Talk, and Twitter have both suffered major outages in this time period, as well as Yahoo. No confirmation on what has caused the crashes, but there is some speculation that it could have been a practice poke at secured computers within the US.

As to Glenn Beck, I will admit that he can be a more than a little overboard at time on his show, but there is some grain of truth to what he says. The US/Mexico border is the most unsecure border in the world, and if someone wanted to build forces within the US, trickling them through a few at a time from the South would be the most effective method of doing so. In fact this was written about in a fiction story by British author Ted Bell a few years ago. See link below.

Coffrey: Ehhh, I remember something when I was younger, something about Israel being destroyed in a great war as a precursor to Jesus coming back and it has to happen, but maybe it's an obscure interpretation, I don't know.

Yeah, Iran talks big, just like any nation that is being threatened. What do you expect, it to back down? I don't care what any leader says or nation says, people can make all the threats they want, we don't pursue action against threats unless they're credible and I don't think Iran's threats are credible, I honestly don't think they're that crazy. There isn't a sectarian war going on in the borders, the country is mostly democratic (although people have said the last pres .election might have been rigged, but shit, that happens in America all the time), and Mahmoud's term is up at this time next year. Besides, Iran knows that the moment they launch the nuke, Israel, maybe even America, launches its nukes as well. We aren't dealing with a rogue nebulous terrorist group, Iran is a government and the moment they launch their nuke, their game is over. I don't think they care about Israel more than their own survival because what actions have they taken preemptively against the US or Israel?

Everyone has a grain of truth to what they say, it doesn't make them any more valid. Beck is a fraud, he scares people to get them to invest in his sponsors or maybe just for ratings. But there's a reason he's not on anymore and O'Reilly is, it's because he's fucking looney toons and it became costly to FOX to keep him. If even the right wing hack channel thinks you're too nutty...... need I say more? But I agree, the Mexican border is unsecure, but so is the Canadian border. There's no more reason to suspect that something will penetrate either border or just go around and land on the coast.

cocacolacowboy27: Ok, was curious what you were referring to regarding Christians and Israel.

Iran won't launch a nuke with its military. Like you said, it would be endgame for them if they do. However, it would not be hard for them to move nuclear devices and transfer them to terrorist groups who could easily detonate them, removing Iran from the list of suspects. I do believe this particular threat was meant to refer strictly to cyberspace though, not so much the nuclear war. I believe they threatened to attack our computers, and a well placed computer attack could hurt us worse than a nuke. A simple software glitch cost one company over $440 million dollars two weeks ago, and a well placed strike on our market computers could easily cripple our economy for years.

The Canadian border is not nearly as insecure as you might think. I can walk back and forth across the border into Mexico and the U.S. all day and all night long with no interruption, and no one paying me any attention. To get across the border in Canada, I have spent as much as 9 hours at the border so the guards could check and recheck my credentials.

They won't come from the north because there is literally nothing to come from. In Mexico they have plenty of launch points right near the border, which offer protection from U.S authorities. The borders here are bad. I personally know two people who have had the vehicles shot at by people who have crossed int Texas illegally. One of these incidents occurred while I was right behind my friend. These little border towns are the perfect place to scoot someone into the US unnoticed.
