And if a sparrow cannot fall to the Ground without his Notice, is it probable that an Empire can rise without his Aid?β (Page 2) morning_glorie: >>>It is WE who need God; built into us, is the intelligence and desire to know Him. true zanjan ...i marvel sometimes at how strong the intelligence and desire to know Him is....its like an amazing instinct ..you just know. Zanjan: If its an indoctrination, you'd have to explain why all humans around the planet have that same consciousness of Higher Power, a power they wish to reach. They all embrace the concept of the Creator as being mightier than they. They know they have a role to play in the grander scheme of things; if they don't know precisely what it is, they await a vision. If this were indoctrination, none would have a unique vision. Whatever their belief, they are all at one with this much. If this is indoctrination, how is it some have been able to fiercely rebel against it, then later end up willingly bowing to it? While some may act like puppets, none are robots. (Edited by Zanjan) ghostgeek: Who said God doesn't need us? Seems He needs us more than we need Him. Who, after all, does all the chasing, sending all those prophets telling us to believe? Zanjan: God sends them because we pray for them to come. When the idiots have let the dogs out, we need all the help we can get. The13th: I ain't see no prophet these days just when mankind probably need him most.
