It's just my observational opinion on the matter. The main reason I think that the US 9/11 is so publicized is because that sort of thing just doesn't and has never happened here. Its human nature to become numb to repetitive occurrences. The sad fact is that Israel is viewed as a violence stricken nation and tragic events have been happening there since the start recorded history. The Jewish people have been persecuted time and time again. So people just are not shocked by it anymore. We live in a time where ratings mean money and news has to be shocking for money to be made.
