Weed? xxheartsxx: What it your view on Weed and legalizing it? I personally think it would help more to legalize it than continue arresting those violating it. Oxycontin is a government drug and it is said to be one of the WORST drugs to get hooked to & especially to get off of! My mother has had to take 20+ government pills on a daily basis for as long as I can remember, she would rather smoke marijuana on a daily basis rather than take those pills. The side effects from pills don't even compare to marijuana. They want to use marijuana for medical use, obviously it serves a purpose. What about all of the AMERICAN people who cannot afford medical insurance to receive this "medical marijuana", they should just suffer?! Fortunately, there are many places for people to get a 20 bag. No "education" or videos on black lungs will stop anything. Can I ask a question to marijuana-smokers: If you are a healthy young person then why do you smoke weed? Do you need it? DEEP dystopia: freedom of choice is a part of the us, thus, the us should not create laws to protect people from themselves. young people should not smoke weed, not students, not those prone to psychoses or underachievers. but, for normal people, it can help relax, help with medical issues, and help with anxiety, especially social anxiety. weed is also much less dangerous than tobacco, which is legal for the 18+ age group. kids should not smoke pot, period, but adults should have the right to choose. it is a great alternative to the legal choice of consuming alcohol. educating wont stop everything, but it will allow personal responsibility to play its part.
