Wild__: And why must we have two seperate forums, with two seperate names, to discuss the same subject?

We have a documented chain of ownership in California for the sole purpose of helping law enforcement solve crime. None of my personal information is relesaed to the public and thats the way it should remain.

Clearly what we need is more laws (i.e.regulation) at the federal level. If someone where to travel around the country in a car, and possess firearms, they better do their research first. In order to travel in California all firearms must be in a locked container. And all ammunition must be stored in a seperate locked container.

I would support a "mandated chain of ownership" law at the federal level, as I believe such would help reduce crime and assisst law enforcement in prosecuting criminals, without infringing on my rights.

Kaiya_
Kaiya_: everyone in the USA should have a gun. In China there are riots of dissatisfaction all the time but since the government are the only ones who have guns its easy to control the people. You guys who afraid of gun owners need to thank them for preparing to stand up for what is right on your behalf and not be so willing to give up everyone elses rights because you too scared and dont know what else to do or how to act.
