baby stuff

new not: why do baby clouths , toys , and other stuff cost so much ? MY jean costs less then a baby jeans why ?

Aura: (not taking into account that babies are experts at getting thing apart, biting everything and getting themselves into dangerous situations, so some cost goes to safety.)
first time parent effect. For those who get their first child nothing is too good, and so they don't mind paying good money for anything. Since any market will ask as much as it can get, most baby things are overpriced.
There is ofcourse a great way to get around it. All baby products are only used for 6 months, so try to get everything second hand. For my second child (he just turned 2) i only shopped at flea markets and garage sales. Great, safe brands for a fraction of the cost. I only buy diapers at full price.
