How can i wash my daughters hair without breaking my back and her neck?

imnota17: I can't find anything useful for sale to wash my daughters hair on or in please help.

Because I'm a single Dad, I put on a pair of boardies and wash away. My daughter's are 8, 6 and 6.
I am 6 feet tall.

DubsGirl: I am the mother of a 4 yr old. He doesn't know how to wash his hair yet to save my back and his neck I went to my local Walmart and brought a shower head with a hose attached to it. It works just like a regular shower head but it can be pulled down to make it easier... Here is a link to one... you can find them cheaper then this one but the picture shows what I am talking about.
