Clactonians.

GeraldtheGnome: It is confusing and contradictory, the only information I have about I have about Clactonian Technology is in Wikipedia, there there is one assumption that it started off 300,000 years ago while in the same story it is shown that 400,000 years ago is the assumed time time when Clactonian Technology started, whatever the actual case is it is one of them or sometime in between. I round them off to 298,000 BC and 398,000 BC, they technically should considered to be 297,999 BC and 397,999 BC instead though. The only ones that used this form of Technology were Homo erectus Humans in parts of what is now England, The UK. It is most likely that Doggerland, which includes the now area of Dogger Bank was also a place where Homo erectus Humans possibly lived. See the Topic Clactonian on Wikipedia for more information.

There was also in what is now Egypt a separate form of Clactonian Technology being used by the Homo erectus Humans that lived there along the banks of the Nile and possibly in any eroded and/or submerged part of the Mediterranean Sea at the end of The Nile, possible, but very unlikely, also when this started is not mentioned so it may have started during 400,000 years ago or 300,000 years ago or somewhere in between then or as recent as 200,000 years ago or somewhere in between. I prefer to round that off though to 198,000 BC, which technically should be considered to be 197,999 BC instead though.
