Lantian Man.

GeraldtheGnome: I consider Latian Man to be a Sexist name, so I prefer to name them as Homo erectus lantianensis Humans instead. The name has nothing to do with very happy and very 'excited' Gay Men, instead they are Subspecies of Homo erectus Humans. Some claim that the first one existed just over 1.15 million years ago, whereas most though consider that the first one appeared just over 1 million years ago. Just like all other prehistoric Human and other Animal finds there is no information on exactly when the first one was born but the earliest Fossil of one was found in 1964. I'm going to square things off and assumed that the first one born was born during 1,100,000 BC or somewhere before 1,000,000 years before the year 1964.

The oldest Fossil find was found at what is now Gongwangling, Lantian County in China, that one fossil find is sometimes named Gongwangling Man. It is also named Gongwang Village in Lantian Country, Shaanxi Province, China.

For more information see the Topic named Lantian Man on Wikipedia. Technically 1,100,000 BC and 1964 should be considered to be 1,099,999 BC and 1963 respectively.
