Corwin: I think Boys of Summer was originally a solo piece done by Eagles member Don Henley.

jink88: I think your right Corvin. Might have been around the time of "Dirty Laundry."

Corwin: Yeah... I think around then is right. A lot of Eagles members had solo albums at that time. Don Felder did the theme song for Heavy Metal (animated movie) that was a killer tune, and Glen Fry had an album around then (can't remember any songs)... but I think Henley's stuff gained the most popularity. Dirty Laundry was a great tune.

Corwin: Oh yeah... that was around that time too... I think they used that one for the movie Beverly Hills Cop.
