It’s seems to me, there are people that do not remotely understand the difficulties in providing in home care for elderly relatives especially when they have mild to severe medical conditions. Financial considerations are also not considered by these closed minded individuals. One of my daughters works in middle management for a company that provides services for in home care for elderly folks. Services include and are not limited to housekeeping, cooking, bathing, and medical. These services are paid for by either Medicare or private insurance. But, there comes a point that this is not enough and these folks need round the clock care mostly because they become immobile and unable to move from a sitting or lying position. Most families even with in-home care are unable to provide the ‘proper’ care that these folks need once they become immobile. For someone to say being successful or unsuccessful because of not being able to care for family members in the home is ludicrous. If proper care can be found outside the home, then it would be criminal to withhold the best care available, even if it is outside the home. Comparing economic success with caring for a family member is like comparing apples to oranges. . Rabbit 88: A person in the position as described above (being totally immobile and needing professional medical care requiring the services of medical professionals are obviously exempt from this conversation. Those people DO REQUIRE hospital care, professional care. I thought that this would be obvious to people that the one's described as per above are NOT included within this discussion. I dunno, maybe I'm too hopeful as to the intelligence level of some people. Especially when they attempt to twist and spin things so outrageously foolish that it makes me want to insult said person's lack of intelligence but as said previously, due to new rules implemented.......... I cannot call this person a dummy, a liar, a fake. Nor can I name him by name to be a DUD...........geez.......too bad to that. Oh well.
