I was here: All Christians believe that. How is your religion different from others? Take for example Catholic.

I was here
I was here: Smoke, talking to other Christians is easy. Talking to people that do not believe as you do...can be difficult.

I'll be back to see your reply to my question.

smoke4ever
smoke4ever: its not my religion, its the truth.
We are saved by only the grace of God.
All you have to do is believe that Jesus Christ (God) came in the flesh and died for the sins of the world past, present and future.
in other words believe on God and His final work only to be saved. Just believe, unmerited favor.
Catholics add merit, and use Jesus Christ as more of an example.

I was here: IF that answer is "yes" please tell me how your doctrine, policy and worship differs from other religions.

Surely you must know why you chose to be nondenominational.

I was here: I didn't ask what you believed. I asked...again.

What do you believe AND how does that differ from other religions.

I further asked,

Smoke, do you have a doctrine, or policy? Do you worship with others within a building?

IF that answer is "yes" please tell me how your doctrine, policy and worship differs from other religions.

Surely you must know why you chose to be nondenominational.

I was here: Furthermore, I find it pathetic that you would come online and quote the bible YET not know your own doctrine and policy's or even how your religion differs from others.

I would hope that you know why you chose to be nondenominational. Why aren't you Catholic, Lutheran or Baptist?

StuckInTheSixties:

smoke isn't concerned with whether or not his effort to spread the message is effective or not.

In fact, his effort clearly has a negative effect. He obviously alienates almost everyone that reads his posts. The only exception might be other zealous Christians, but then, they already have the message. All others are clearly alienated ... even offended ... by his posts.

That doesn't concern smoke. smoke apparently cares only that he's doing something to make him FEEL like he's making the effort.

Belligerence isn't the best tool in the evangelist's tool box.

smoke4ever: When i go to church in a building i make sure its a bible church.
I already told you that I'm Christian, why do I have to have a denomination?
My whole life, i've considered myself just a Christian, not catholic, pentecostal, baptist, etc.

I was here: I never said you had to be a denomination. Even nondenominational churches have doctrines and policy's that they follow. I'm asking how those (yours) differ from other religions.

I was here: You know what I have found in life Smoke? I have found that people like to say they are nondenominational because they want to avoid stereotypes. They don't want to be a denomination because they don't want people to judge them based on their denomination.

Alright, explain unmerited favor in your own words.
