- Please don't give cards & demand them back. Please keep them to avoid disputes.

- Please don't send cards multiple times. Change the # cards sent to avoid spamming.

- Please don't send decimal amounts of credit as it interferes with the system.

- Please don't openly accuse others of cheating & contact a moderator immediately.

- Please don't create additional accounts to use in Bingo as it's against the site rules.

- Please don't create additional accounts to bypass credits & cards restrictions.

- Please don't share accounts as it's almost as bad as making multiple accounts.

- Please don't argue with a mod that has contacted you. We're here to help everyone.

The rules and policies created for Bingo Chat Room are there to ensure fair gameplay and good sportsmanship in addition to ensuring all the players that take part in the game have a pleasant, fun-filled, & entertaining experience in a positive atmosphere that is provided to them.

- Multiple Accounts & Inappropriate Conduct -

Multiple accounts created or used for Bingo Chat is strictly prohibited and may result in all of the associated accounts to be closed. All members of Wireclub are allowed to have only one account and may not create additional profiles or share profiles with others as it may result in all the accounts being created & shared to be closed. Wireclub created Bingo Chat for all the members to enjoy and encourages everyone to play responsibly, respectfully, and fairly.

Bingo Chat is a "G-rated" public chat open to all users of Wireclub at least 13 years of age or older. All conversations in the room must be clean without profanity or inappropriate explicit adult content that may be unsuitable for users under 18. Provoking conflict by any means is not permitted whether it's directly stated or indirectly implied, if a statement is negative in nature, it is offensive in general and is against the rules.

- Purchasing Credits & Credits Page Support -

You can purchase credits here: http://www.wireclub.com/credits to play Bingo and also for purchasing badges for yourself and for friends in addition to using superpowers and purchasing drinks which also require credits. Any concerns or issues you encounter or wish to report such as you cannot purchase credits or don't have access to them, please contact one of the moderators and we can assist you.

When you purchase credits, it may take up to 12 hours to process your order and is not something Wireclub can fix unfortunately. The service that processes your transaction may take time to get approval to process the transaction which usually does happen in a fairly quick amount of time. If you have not received your credits within 24 hours at the very latest, try contacting the payment service such as TrialPay or RadiumOne's Technical Support & Customer Service division by clicking the "Support" or "Missing Credits" link as shown in this image highlighted in red = ( Picture ) = and they can assist you. You should receive a receipt of the transaction once processed to the email you use when you make the initial purchase order.

If you have "AdBlock Plus" or "No-Script" add ons for your browser, you'll have to disable those and refresh the credits page to see it and to be able to use it to purchase credits or to see the offers you can complete for earning credits. This is the most common issue most users have problems with if they cannot see the credits page and is due to that type of add-on for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox that prevents advertising from showing which coincidentally may block the credits page from loading properly.

Robot Seb: Updated but awaiting an admin to review it to make everyone's concerns and all possible issues are covered. The rules on conduct parts are more or less there to keep disputes from occurring. The credits and account parts are definitely the most important ones that needed to be addressed & explained though so more time was taken to properly explain them all.

Riff raf: the bingo room is sort of unchartered territory here, this forum is good with the outlining of the basic rules. maybe it's the enforcement area which is the weakest link here. if ppl are paying for wirebucks, maybe they deserve a bit better service for their currency.

silina: i cant accept people who ask for cards and play in slots,that shows they lied.slots need credits to play,if have credits,how come to ask cards all time,i often go slots room to see if people play slots and ask cards in bingo

Nythe: Personally I think the share credits and cards options should be removed altogether. Would you share a win with the stranger sitting next to you at a casino? Basically it is the same difference.

My_Name_Is_Nobody: Good point. I have no problem giving cards. I have a problem with those that constantly ask, spam, beg and now the new one: ORDER you to give them cards. I also have a problem with people winning big..then losing it all..and come back to the Bingo room crying..WAAAAAH I need cards..WAAAAH

Nythe: Believe me, I have a problem with that too. So, I rectified the problem for myself anyway. I deleted my old account and didn't ad any of the players back. 75% of ppl that play slots and bingo just use each other. They only have you on their friend list because you are generous. Frankly, I was fed up with it. I come here to chat and play because it is what I enjoy doing. Certain ppl made it impossible for me to enjoy my time here when I was in the rooms. Now when I am in the rooms, I just keep to myself. Slots and Bingo is once again enjoyable for me.
