No one knows how the instruments were played, what tunes were played, if they sang along to them or hummed to them or even if singing came before musical instruments, which is likely, they certainly didn't play The Star Spangled Banner and it is doubtful that more than one instrument was played at the same time or even if they did have another instrument or played another instrument or sang afterwards, there's just no information available to tell us and maybe there never will be.
