weight loss (Page 2) spankdmonkey: Funnily enough i try to put weight on every day i force feed myself and over seven days sometimes lose abot two kilos and sometimes put a couple on for the whole week .The thing is with me iam light boned my normal weight is 76 kilos, if i wasnt doing power lifting and just eating normal it would remain there .but at the moment im at 88 kilos..It has took me 14 months to put the 12 kilos on .I lose a kilo and a half every hour workout just doing weights ,The trick to losing weight is being consistent you can power walk for half hour a day and if you are realy out of condition do it in 3 ten minute walks till you get fitter .,Eat healthy cut out the fats ,trim your meat grill your meat to get all saturated fats out of them .Depending on your motivation you can lose what you set your mind to ,Be determined .Stop the takeaways ,Set small goals what you want to achieve every week . Wildfirex: I lost a bunch of weight by doing the ABC diet. it works wonders. the first few days were hard but you sleep mostly and then i start making scrap books of fit women it help motivate me. kitty_cam: u can't lose alot of weight all at once,i use to be overweight myself,been depressed sufffered frm low self-esteem,and tried alot of slimming products. wanna know what works best? diet and excersize. i've been through it,knows it's not easy to say no to food,but kept my mind on all the stuffs i can do if i was healthy. set small goals,try to lose a pound first,then 2 and so on. easier to give up when u have big goals. plus i'm a tv addict. use to eat watching tv all the time. now i have a treadmill in my room and i run while watching tv all the time spankdmonkey: Yeh your pretty well right Kitty-cam ,.consistency exercising is the trick ,and a sensible diet ,,still eat because food is energy and you need energy to exercise . but dont eat crappy food Taima: There only one way to lose weight and one way only....eat less, exercise more....simple as that. spankdmonkey: Not realy eat less you can eat more to lose weight , All you do is eat sensible smaller meals have 7 meals a day make them smaller servings of fruits ,veges,nuts .dried fruits, at tea time trim all meat of any excess fat, grill your meat, and press it when cooked ,.lean meat .dont eat chicken skins etc The problem with eating less is your body is use to a certain amount, so when you all of a sudden eat less your body craves for that extra amount, you then become hungry ,then you become tired and lazy and have no energy ,Then you do not want to train and that is the reason so many fail to lose anything, fail to diet, and fail to train .. what you do is never eat meals that stuff you ,in other words fill you up to full capacity .Stop when you feel you have had enough ,not when your full ..That way your not overloading the body .It leaves the body with other energy to do things like exercise . memberX: " There only one way to lose weight and one way only....eat less, exercise more....simple as that. Vic14: To be honest I've been struggling with that for yrs. I do have to agree its about eating right and lots of exercise. You have to stay away from junk and fast foods. They contain crap that harm your body and mind. I'm starting to now get into shape and it's bc of that.
