where's the crunch in my fried food

you know that lite crunch..when you take a bite....of what ever..you just fried...

don't get me wrong i am not complaining about my breading or my seasoning.. i am where's that darn CRUNCH......

while watching a Asian woman help Asian cuisine restaurant owners redesign their menu's and interiors.. the show is sorta like restaurant impossible on the food network..

she gave me the answer... when telling a restaurant owner your fried foods have no CRUNCH....


CORN STARCH....add some corn starch ta your breading..and your food will crunch..
